Just by chance I walked in to Auto Express. I was met with familiar faces from my childhood which was surprising. I asked Chris to go over my car as my current mechanic had done some work and the car wasn’t working correctly still. He inspected it so thoroughly and gave Advice as my current mechanic couldn’t find the fault. This process happened twice and as a gesture of kindness, Chris on the phone with my mechanic explaining to him in detail the process in which to repair my car and what parts to purchase and which brands to buy.
I was blown away. My mechanic was embarrassed but thankfully performed the repair exactly to The Chris instructed and would you believe, the car is working perfectly again.
Imagine, this kind of service, sincerely and passion to fix problems and help out other people. In a mechanic, I have never seen this. I can see why people flock to them now with their cars. Integrity and passionate, you don’t find the the two together, but here I did.
